It makes learning freediving easier and safer by using AR/VR technology to replicate the underwater environment, letting a learner act as they would in a real-life ocean, and then providing feedback on their performance.

Our intent is to make use of Immersive technology that isn’t just revolutionary – but that’s proven to be superior to traditional freediving education in providing immediate and long lasting results.

And it’s not just about learning to freedive or improving your diving techniques.

Meta Dive also helps manage stress and relieve anxiety at home or in the workplace.

As an A+ PADI certified instructor trainer, I’ve trained and certified hundreds of students across different countries and backgrounds.
